Celebrate food, creativity and conscious dining with The Green Edit Brunch on 20 September, an exclusive collaboration between three of Dubai’s most exciting kitchens; LOWE, Teible and BOCA. This one-day event brings together award-winning chefs with a shared vision for sustainability, zero-waste cooking and locally sourced ingredients.

The multi-course menu unfolds in waves at BOCA, with each dish telling its own story. Familiar flavours are reimagined in inventive ways, showcasing surprising synergies between the three restaurants. Designed to be shared, the menu highlights creativity without compromising on sustainability.

This event is in collaboration with Journey’s End wines and will be hosted by head winemaker at Journey’s End Mike Dawson. This event is also sponsored by Chef Middle East, Dibba Bay Oysters and Antipodes.

BOCA x Pickl unite for a limited-time summer special, celebrating the best of two proudly home-grown UAE brands. Exclusively at BOCA, DIFC, served daily until sold out.

Two burgers made with a thick beef patty (180gr) 50% ribeye + 50% striploin. Our beef is sourced from free-roaming, grass-fed and grain-finished cattle on open pastures in Western Australia. No added hormones. ethically raised with low-stress handling and certified carbon neutral.

A version by Pickl is made with crunchy fresh onion, chopped cornichon pickles, homemade alioli, dijon mustard, double american  cheddar, in a brioche soft bun. Served with skinny fries &  shaved parmesan cheese.

BOCA’s is made with the same thick beef patty but served with Spanish pickled chili ‘piparra’, confit piquillo mayo, crunchy fried onion, double smoked Idiazábal D.O.P cheese, in a brioche soft bun. Also served with skinny fries & shaved parmesan cheese.
