- Welcome speech and a sustainability briefing by BOCA’s Chief Sustainability Officer.
- Guided food and beverage pairing presentations by the restaurant’s Executive Chef and Head Sommelier.
- Environmentally friendly seeded paper menu printing.
- Carbon emission calculations.
- Opportunity to directly offset dinners through planting mangrove trees in the UAE.Â
