As part of BOCA’s takeover schedule for 7 SOMMS IN 7 WEEKS, we are proud to present Lilla Farago from L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.
Each week, for one night only, a sommelier from a list of 7 extraordinary individuals collaborates with Chef Patricia Roig, BOCA’s Executive Chef, and Shiv Menon, Head of Hospitality & Wine, to curate a menu of five courses paired with five wines, presented exclusively to 12 guests in BOCA’s private cellar.
The menu will reflect the journeys, expertise, and personalities of the sommeliers, weaving narratives from diverse terroirs, grape varieties, and appellations. Emphasizing BOCA’s commitment to sustainability, the event will spotlight stories of winemakers excelling in conservation efforts.
The evening includes a welcome Champagne Frerejean Frères reception, a four-course meal with wine pairings, priced at AED 595++ per person, with limited seating for 12 guests.
About Lilla Farago
Lila Farago’s love for food and drink started in her youth, leading her to pursue hospitality management in Florence, Italy. She advanced her career at The Bvlgari Hotel Dubai, SLS Hotel Dubai, and 111 Management, eventually becoming the Head Sommelier at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.
