Bound by the Andes from the east and the Pacific from the west, Chile stretches from the belly of South America all the way to the continent’s most southern tip. The cuisine is a combination of traditional Spanish fare and indigenous cooking using local ingredients, mixing European and Middle Eastern influences. Chile’s viticulture, with the recovery of forgotten grape varieties, is making it a world-class producer.

Chileans have boundless hospitality and are all about la buena onda (good vibes) and la buena mesa (good table) which translates into sharing a good meal, uncorking rich reds and crisp whites, and reveling in great company and endless conversations.

This limited period pop-up menu will feature Tuna Ceviche and Fritura de Pescado y Marisco Platter paired with a bottle of Miguel Torres Santa Digna, available only from December 6th to 12th.

@mattheus.stinnissenand @oshihab have done it again! They’ve developed yet another fantastic wine pairing menu that’s 100% worth visiting (or re-visiting) @bocadubai for.

This time, it’s a special menu that celebrates that glorious Spanish wine, Rioja, and it’s available all day, every day, from today until Saturday, 28 November. 🍷

What I love about @bocadubai is they offer such a different proposition to 99% of the restaurants out there with their unique style of modern Spanish/Mediterranean tapas and an excellent sommelier-selected collection of wine, including biodynamic, organic and vegan varieties.

They also maintain an admirable focus on sustainability, making it a point to reduce waste in their operations where they can, refuse single-use plastic, and support local farmers and fishermen, like @dibbabay oysters and @emiratesbiofarm. Plus, they keep themselves fresh and relevant with regular collaborations with local chefs and concepts like @bethanykehdy, @chef.khaleds, and @meatmelt.
